Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to coach and supervise staff, ensuring training aligns with BACB standards and progress milestones. The role centers on collaboration with BCBAs and guiding Therapy Teams toward consistent, measurable progress for children with autism.

You will train new BTs and RBTs, monitor milestones, and uphold high standards of care, integrity, and program fidelity across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one-year early intervention experience in ABA.
• Previous leadership experience supervising employees.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Must be RBT IV or higher (internal).

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff with direct coordination and oversight from BCBAs to meet milestones and clinical expectations.
• Collaborate clinically with BCBAs to ensure therapy teams operate effectively and children progress per BACB standards.
• Train new BTs and RBTs according to BACB standards and company training programs; ensure milestones are completed.
