Job summary

NRP Investments LLC seeks a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site residential multi-family construction under the Project Manager of Construction. You will organize field operations, staging, and communication with the project team to ensure smooth delivery.

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field and at least 5 years of experience are required; OSHA 10/30 is a plus. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects with stable employment history and proven track record.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes required.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and staging of materials.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining communication and organizational skills.
• Implement quality assurance and control procedures to meet contract requirements.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure work conforms to design and project commitments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and municipal agencies as required.
