Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction of multi-family projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, and finishes required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities for construction projects.
• Organize sequencing of field operations and staging of materials.
• Ensure work performed complies with all contract documents and specifications.
