Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise all on-site activities for residential construction projects in line with contract documents, safety guidelines, and scheduling commitments.

Organize field operations, manage permits, review drawings, and maintain clear communication with subcontractors, owners, and municipal agencies to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing multi-family construction projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, building codes.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and staging of materials.
• Prepare project updates and related administrative duties.
• Supervise on-site construction to meet design and project commitments.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, subcontractors, and owners.
