Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction for residential multifamily projects. You will manage field operations, enforce safety, maintain schedules and ensure quality in accordance with contract documents and project plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Construction or Civil disciplines, with 5+ years of multifamily project leadership. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining communication and organizational skills.
• Implement quality assurance and control procedures.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents, specifications and safety standards.
• Supervise on-site activities to meet design and project commitments with professionalism.
