Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee the on-site construction of residential multifamily projects. You will coordinate field operations, safety, and scheduling in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Construction or Civil-related field and at least 5 years of experience managing multi-family projects, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. OSHA training and licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years managing construction of multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Implement quality assurance and control procedures to meet contract requirements.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with design and project commitments.
• Represent the company during the execution of work with subcontractors, consultants, owners, vendors and municipal agencies.
