Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent of Construction to coordinate and supervise on-site activities from concept to completion. You will lead field operations, ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence, and communicate effectively with project teams to resolve issues.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience in multi-family construction, a high school diploma or construction-related education, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; construction field education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing multi-family construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• OSHA 10/30 certifications a plus; First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sequencing field operations and staging materials.
• Supervise assigned construction activities to ensure alignment with design and project commitments.
• Maintain safety protocols and a safe working environment on-site.
• Support project budget by assisting with materials management and cost controls.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and municipalities; manage punch lists.
