NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site activities for residential complexes under the Project Manager of Construction. You will organize field sequencing, material staging, and contractor coordination to meet safety, quality, and schedule commitments.

Essential duties include coordinating permits, inspections, safety meetings, and progress reporting, while ensuring compliance with contract documents and building codes. Proactive problem solving is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing multi-family construction projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utilities, structure, mechanical and interior finishes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication; problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Assist project management with obtaining permits and approvals.
• Coordinate service installation and inspections with municipalities.
• Conduct preconstruction, subcontractor and safety meetings.
• Review scope, specs and drawings; provide technical direction.
• Ensure safety protocols per company program and codes.
• Enforce compliance with procedures; maintain quality assurance.
• Coordinate deliveries and material staging for a safe site.
• Inform management of scheduling developments and milestones.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents and building codes.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
