Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate on-site construction of multi-family residential complexes. You will manage scheduling, safety, quality control and subcontractor coordination per contract documents.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field, 5+ years in multi-family project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office. OSHA 10/30 certification and First Aid training are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years managing multi-family projects.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities for multi-family projects.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents, specs, and safety requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections, permits, and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation.
