Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction of residential multifamily complexes under the Project Manager. You will ensure safety, schedule, and quality per contract documents.

You will organize field operations, manage subcontractors, review drawings, obtain permits, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. A Bachelor’s in Construction or Civil field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years managing multi-family construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site work, utilities, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to obtain permits and liaise with municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and material staging.
• Prepare project updates and related administrative duties.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality assurance per contract documents.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage on-site crews and subcontractors.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and maintain documentation.
