Job summary

NRP Investments LLC in New York is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise all on-site activities for the construction of residential complexes. You will ensure safety, scheduling adherence, and quality control under the Project Manager of Construction.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field with 5+ years of multi-family project management experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and staging; prepare project updates and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors; ensure safety and quality assurance.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents, specifications and building codes.
• Report to the project manager and maintain project progress and records.
• Assist with permits, meetings, and scheduling to meet milestones.
