Job summary

Conductor Power is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead controls activities across solar, substations, and transmission projects. You will manage cost reporting, forecasting, earned value, and dashboards while coordinating with accounting, procurement, and field teams.

The role requires advanced project controls expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive accuracy and timely reporting across multiple projects in a fast-paced energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in project controls; 2+ years leading project controls personnel.
• Large EPC/self-perform construction and renewable energy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities from startup through closeout with standardized processes.
• Coach and develop Project Controls Engineers and Specialists.
• Oversee cost, forecast, schedule, productivity, earned value, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance to reconcile project controls data.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
