Job summary

Conductor Power is seeking a Project Controls Manager who will lead the project controls team for utility-scale solar, energy storage, and high-voltage projects from initiation to closeout. You’ll manage cost reporting, forecasting, and earned value while coordinating with accounting, procurement, and field teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree and 5+ years in project controls within renewable energy or large EPC settings, with strong Excel, ERP, and BI

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction project controls including cost reporting, forecasting, earned value, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls from startup through closeout with standardized processes and reporting.
• Mentor Project Controls Engineers and provide technical oversight to Specialists and Administrators.
• Oversee project cost, forecast, schedule, productivity, and reporting (PPRs, dashboards).
• Review forecasts, challenge assumptions using actual costs, commitments, production, and schedule status.
• Ensure budgets, commitments, PO, subcontracts, invoices, accruals, and cost data align across NetSuite and systems.
• Develop standardized project controls procedures, dashboards, templates, and data quality initiatives.
