Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a Senior Project Controller to lead project controls, financial oversight, forecasting, and performance reporting for large-scale renewable energy capital programs. You will ensure cost control, cash flow tracking, and compliance across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with project management, engineering, construction, procurement, and finance to drive accurate reporting, executive dashboards, and continuous improvement in governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction and/or procurement project controls experience.
• Degree qualification or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with EVM, cost control, forecasting and project performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPC, supplier and consulting agreements to ensure cost control and budget alignment.
• Develop and maintain project controls systems and cost reporting for capital projects.
• Create executive reports and dashboards, driving governance and data integrity.
• Support financing activities including cash flow tracking and lender reporting.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure financial compliance across the lifecycle.
