Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to lead and mentor project controllers and coordinators. The role requires expert knowledge in budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost control across solar, storage, and related construction projects.

You will set up projects in the accounting system, monitor KPIs, manage cash flow, review forecasts, and support risk mitigation and closeout efforts while collaborating with engineering, operations, and field teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or project controls.
• 5–10 years of project control experience in solar, renewable energy, or power generation.
• Experience traveling to project sites monthly and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project controls functions and mentor junior team.
• Manage budgets, schedules, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Forecast costs, cash flow, and change management.
• Support risk assessment and project closeout.
• Coordinate with PMs and controls teams, review contractual requirements.
