Job summary
Greene, Tweed in Selma, TX is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing lines and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost. You will manage cross-functional activities and support the Make/Buy process while ensuring strong communication across teams.
The role requires 10+ years in operations or new product development, and 5+ years of people management, with CI/Lean experience and a BS degree.
Qualifications
- 10+ years operations/new product development experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and align resources to meet business objectives.
- CI/Lean Manufacturing practices knowledge; Green Belt or Lean Leader preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensures customer requirements for quality, delivery and cost are met or exceeded through planning, design, scheduling, manufacturing and shipping.
- Drives daily improvement of SQDC metrics via RCCA and problem solving.
- Builds and develops high performing teams and systems to execute objectives and goals.
- Collaborates with Future Value project teams to transfer New Products/Technologies into work cells and define acceptance criteria.
