Job summary

Greene, Tweed in Selma, TX is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing lines and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost. You will manage cross-functional activities and support the Make/Buy process while ensuring strong communication across teams.

The role requires 10+ years in operations or new product development, and 5+ years of people management, with CI/Lean experience and a BS degree.

Qualifications

10+ years operations/new product development experience.
5+ years of people management experience.
Proven ability to lead teams and align resources to meet business objectives.
CI/Lean Manufacturing practices knowledge; Green Belt or Lean Leader preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensures customer requirements for quality, delivery and cost are met or exceeded through planning, design, scheduling, manufacturing and shipping.
Drives daily improvement of SQDC metrics via RCCA and problem solving.
Builds and develops high performing teams and systems to execute objectives and goals.
Collaborates with Future Value project teams to transfer New Products/Technologies into work cells and define acceptance criteria.
