Job summary

Greene, Tweed seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to drive operations excellence across our production lines in the United States. You will coach teams, advance SQDC metrics, and champion Lean/CI methods to improve throughput and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include technology transfer of new products, quality management compliance, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years operations/new product development experience required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and align resources to meet objectives.
• CI/Lean Manufacturing experience; Green Belt/Lean Leader preferred.
• Ability to lead change and motivate people.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving using scientific methods.

Responsibilities

• Improves SQDC metrics through RCCA and root-cause analysis.
• Leads transfer of New Products and Technologies using transfer processes.
• Ensures compliance with Greene, Tweed Quality Management System.
• Drives CI/Lean initiatives including DMAIC and MDI.
• Leads production line communications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partners with Supply Chain to optimize Make vs Buy decisions.
• Maintains facilities, tooling, and equipment for safe output.
• Sets goals and performance expectations to meet strategic goals.
• Performs formal performance reviews and develops talent pipelines.
• Plans capacity to support manufacturing and business unit strategy.
• Shares best practices with other Production Managers.
