Greene, Tweed is seeking a production operations leader to ensure safety, quality, and productivity across the production areas, delivering on-time products while controlling costs. You will champion Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize output and efficiency, guiding staffing, equipment use, and process improvements.

Lead cross-functional teams, implement standard work, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives aligned with customer requirements and corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma certification desired.
• Experience leading production teams and lean improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operation of the department(s) with staffing and budget accountability.
• Provide training to workforce to meet quality and safety requirements.
• Enforce safety policies and drive continuous improvement with SPC and DMAIC.
• Lead cross-functional communication across shifts and departments.
• Analyze performance against metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
