Greenfield Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Seneca, SC. You will guide a team to meet production targets, ensure safety, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiar with production processes, safety and quality controls; able to lead a team.
• Basic computer skills including production software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team to maintain high morale and performance.
• Monitor production processes and equipment for efficiency and safety.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare performance reports.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs on the floor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
