Job summary

CD is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operation. You will plan, coordinate, and control production to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets while driving Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership of multiple shifts, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to optimize material flow, equipment maintenance, and quality protocols. You will foster a positive culture and ensure OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Production or Operations Manager role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning, and quality management systems.
• Experience supervising multiple shifts or departments and leading teams.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct daily manufacturing operations to meet targets.
• Coach and develop production personnel to optimize performance.
• Monitor KPIs for productivity, on-time delivery, scrap/rework, and OEE.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement across lines.
• Manage inventory flow and lead times.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and quality protocols.
