Job summary

Greene, Tweed is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Kulpsville, PA to drive safety, quality and productivity in the production areas while meeting cost targets. You will lead the team, implement Lean Six Sigma practices, train staff, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure on-time delivery and SOP adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of direct supervision in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; BS degree preferred
• Lean Six Sigma certification desired
• 3–5 years direct supervision in manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operations of assigned department(s) with staffing and budget accountability.
• Provide necessary training and reinforcement to workforce to ensure quality and safety.
• Administer company rules, safety policies, and initiate corrective actions.
• Provide direction and leadership across shifts and departments; communicate requirements clearly.
• Analyze department performance against metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
