Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; or higher education with relevant experience.
• Proven track record turning discovery into fundable business cases.
• Experience with SAFe Agile and PI planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization and drive outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end discovery with field users to validate problems.
• Translate problems into clear specifications and roadmaps.
• Define 6–9 month roadmaps and build investment documents.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
• Mentor other PMs and participate in PI planning and progress updates.
