Job summary

Cox Automotive, via Manheim, seeks a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization to drive strategy and discovery across the auction network. You will shape a 6–9 month roadmap, build business cases, and own KPI definition with cross-functional partners in engineering, analytics, and UX.

You will mentor other PMs, lead discovery efforts end-to-end, and advocate AI-enabled approaches, aligning priorities with the release train and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience; or Master's with 4+ years; or PhD with 1+ year.
• Proven track record leading discovery and turning it into a fundable business case.
• Experience coaching other product managers and mentoring teams.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
• Lead discovery end-to-end with field users and researchers.
• Translate validated problems into specifications and reduce ambiguity.
• Help define a 6–9 month roadmap and build business cases.
• Define and monitor KPIs using Pendo and operational data.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and potentially lead direct reports.
• Represent product area in PI planning and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Champion AI-accelerated discovery and tooling adoption.
