Cox Automotive in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization. You will own problem areas, drive discovery, shape strategy, and build roadmaps to reduce costs and modernize vehicle moves across the auction network.

You will collaborate with Solution Delivery Managers, engineering, UX, and analytics leads to prototype and validate solutions, mentor other PMs, and communicate progress to Directors and VPs. Strong SAFe/PI planning experience is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field with required years of experience.
• Experience leading discovery and turning it into a fundable business case.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile, PI planning, and mentoring PMs.

Responsabilidades

• Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
• Lead discovery end-to-end with field users and research.
• Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
• Help define a 6-9 month roadmap.
• Build business cases and investment documents for funding.
• Define and monitor KPIs using Pendo and data.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and analytics leads to validate solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and possibly manage 1-2 direct reports.
• Represent product area in PI planning and communicate progress to leadership.
• Champion AI-accelerated discovery and adoption across the team.
• Share learnings to foster a transparent, iterative culture.
