Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization to own outcomes and drive end-to-end discovery and roadmapping. You will translate complex operational needs into a strategic product direction while mentoring other PMs and collaborating with engineering, UX, and data teams.

You will define KPI-driven plans, build business cases, and advocate AI-enabled discovery to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the auction network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Proven track record leading discovery independently and turning it into a fundable business case.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
• Lead discovery efforts end-to-end with field users to validate problems.
• Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
• Define and monitor a 6–9 month roadmap.
• Build business cases and investment documents for funding decisions.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and data teams to prototype and validate solutions.
