Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization. You will own problem areas, lead end-to-end discovery with field users, and translate findings into a clear roadmap.

You will build business cases, monitor KPIs, and partner with engineering and analytics to validate solutions. Ideal candidates will have SAFe/PI planning experience, a track record mentoring PMs, and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years' experience or higher degrees with relevant experience
• Proven track record leading discovery and turning insights into a fundable business case
• Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile and PI planning
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
