Cox Automotive's Manheim is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization to own problems, lead discovery, shape strategy, and build products that cut costs and standardize vehicle moves across the auction network.

You will define a 6–9 month roadmap, build business cases, define KPIs with data tools, and partner with engineering, analytics, and UX. You will mentor other PMs and participate in PI planning, driving AI-driven discovery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience.
Master's degree and 4+ years of experience.
PhD with 1+ year of experience or 18 years of experience with no degree.

Responsibilities

Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
Lead discovery efforts end-to-end with field users and data.
Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguities.
Define and monitor a 6–9 month roadmap.
Build business cases and investment documents for funding.
Define KPIs using data and analytics to track outcomes.
Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to program events.
Represent product areas in PI planning and progress communications.
Champion AI-accelerated discovery and tooling adoption.
