Job summary

Cox Automotive's Manheim seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive Lot Operations Modernization. You will own problem areas, lead discovery with field users, and shape a 6–9 month roadmap. Build business cases, monitor KPIs, and partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to validate solutions.

You will mentor other PMs, represent your area in PI planning, and promote AI-enabled discovery across the team. This role focuses on delivering measurable value across the auction network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience; or a master's degree and 4 years; a Ph.D. and 1 year; or 18 years with no degree.
• Proven track record leading discovery independently and turning it into a fundable business case
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning
• Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
• Lead discovery end-to-end with field users and determine problems worth solving.
• Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
• Help define a 6-9 month roadmap.
• Build business cases and funding documents for release planning.
• Define and monitor KPIs using Pendo and data to flag trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX and analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and potentially manage 1-2 reports.
• Represent product area in PI planning and communicate progress to leadership.
• Champion AI-accelerated discovery and tool adoption.
