Job summary

Manheim, part of Cox Automotive, is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization to set direction for high-impact problems in the auction network. You will lead discovery, shape strategy, and build products that reduce cost and modernize how lot employees move vehicles daily.

You will own problem areas, partner with engineering and data teams, mentor other PMs, and contribute to PI planning, with a focus on AI-enabled discovery and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience
• Proven track record leading discovery into a fundable business case
• Able to manage multiple priorities and translate ambiguity into clear requirements
• Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile and PI planning
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization
• Lead discovery end-to-end with field users and data
• Translate validated problems into specs and resolve ambiguity
• Define a 6- to 9-month roadmap
• Build business cases and investment documents for funding
• Define and monitor KPIs using data and field research
• Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype and validate solutions
• Mentor other Product Managers and support growth
• Represent product area in PI planning and leadership forums
• Champion AI-accelerated discovery and adoption across the team
• Collaborate with other PMs to align strategy and avoid duplication
• Share learnings to foster a transparent discovery culture
