The Cox Automotive Manheim team in Roswell, GA is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization to shape strategy, lead discovery, and build products that reduce cost and waste in vehicle movements across our auction network.

You will mentor other product managers, define a 6–9 month roadmap, and partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to validate solutions, measure KPIs, and drive AI-enabled discovery across the release train.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 6+ years of experience or equivalent
• Master's degree in a related field; 4+ years of experience
• Proven track record leading discovery and turning it into a fundable business case
• Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers

Responsabilidades

• Own interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization (labor visibility, vehicle move efficiency, planning gaps)
• Lead discovery end-to-end with field users to validate real problems
• Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity
• Define a 6- to 9-month roadmap
• Build business cases and investment documents to secure funding
• Define and monitor KPIs using data and field research
• Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype, test, and validate solutions
• Mentor PMs and possibly manage 1–2 direct reports
• Represent product area in PI planning and progress updates
• Champion AI-accelerated discovery and tooling adoption
• Collaborate with other PMs to align strategy
• Share learnings openly to build a discovery culture
