Job summary
Cox Automotive in Georgia is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Lot Operations Modernization team to shape strategy and drive outcomes across the auction network. You’ll own discovery, build business cases, define KPIs, and partner with engineering, UX, data, and field teams to deliver AI-enabled improvements that reduce costs and waste while modernizing how lots move vehicles daily.

- Lead product management experience shaping strategy and outcomes.
- Experience turning discovery into fundable business cases.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile and PI planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and mentoring skills.
Responsibilities
- Own interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization from planning to field execution.
- Lead discovery end-to-end with field users to validate problems.
- Define 6–9 month roadmap and build funding documents.
- Define and monitor KPIs using data and analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
- Mentor other PMs and participate in PI planning and leadership communications.
