Job summary

LawnStarter seeks an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the consumer’s first service experience across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome. You will define the vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ship AI-powered signup and booking experiences that meet real customer needs.

You’ll lead a five-year vision, prove parts of the experience with real customers, and drive signup conversions while aligning pricing, operations, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, design, or a related field, plus 6+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products.
• Experience leading consumer-facing product experiences with a focus on signup and onboarding.
• Ability to ship AI-powered or agentic experiences and analyze funnel data.

Responsibilities

• Own the first service experience across LawnStarter and the three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome).
• Define the vision and plan to reimagine signup and booking, and partner with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data.
• Ship prototypes and meaningful features to real customers, not just decks.
• Collaborate with Consumer Experience, Pro Experience, Pricing PM, and AI & Agents leads; report to Sr. Director of Product.
