Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the consumer’s first service experience from initial encounter through booking across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome. You will define the experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ship AI-powered signup flows that improve conversion.

You are an experienced consumer product manager who ships AI-enabled experiences, analyzes funnel data, and guides a lean, impact-driven roadmap in a fully remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management on consumer-facing products.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic consumer experiences.
• Strong funnel analysis and product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer’s first service experience from signup through booking.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, ops, marketing, and data.
• Lead AI-native signup experiences and prototypes for real customers.
• Act as an individual contributor with Lead-level scope.
