LawnStarter is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the consumer's first service experience—from signup to booking their first service. You will define the vision and partner with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data to ship an AI-enabled onboarding flow across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome.

This individual contributor role focuses on rebuilding from first principles, not tuning existing funnels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in consumer product management focused on the consumer experience.
• Shipper with a vision to rebuild experiences from first principles.
• Strong customer-obsession and long-term growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the first service experience from signup to first service booking.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data.
• Define the vision and plan to reimagine the onboarding flow.
• Ship prototypes and measure funnel impact with real users.
• Work across three LawnStarter brands: LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome.
