Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end search and discovery experience within Agreement Manager. You will shape how customers search, filter, and act on agreements, collaborating with Design, Research, and Engineering to deliver intuitive, AI-enabled workflows with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management for SaaS, or 8+ years with a Master's, including ownership of user-facing search/discovery.
• Experience defining KPIs, instrumentation, and running experiments to improve outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with PM, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales and Support.
• Experience leading complex, user-facing initiatives end-to-end from discovery to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search and discovery within Docusign Agreement Manager.
• Lead the user experience for search, filter, sort, and explore agreements with Design and Research.
• Improve search quality and relevance through experimentation, ranking, and result presentation; define KPIs and tracking.
• Define and deliver cohesive workflows that connect search, chat, and worksheets for natural language questions and actions.
• Partner with AI, Search, and Engineering teams to bring AI-first features to market.
• Collaborate with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption of search- and AI-led workflows.
