Job summary

Docusign, the leader in intelligent agreement management, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agreement Manager within IAM. You will own the go-to-market strategy and messaging, and drive adoption across enterprise customers, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Success teams.

You will act as SME on customer challenges and opportunities, shaping the product roadmap with insights from field interactions and market analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building cross-functional go-to-market strategies, BOMs, and sales enablement frameworks for enterprise revenue teams.
• Experience using data for customer insights and recommendations.
• Experience simplifying complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value proposition, messaging, and customer-facing narrative for Agreement Manager within the IAM platform.
• Drive cross-functional GTM launches for new Agreement Manager capabilities with BOMs and sales alignment.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to equip field and partner teams with decks, demos, battlecards, and training.
• Uncover actionable customer usage insights and buyer pain points to optimize the journey and feed product roadmap.
• Partner with Growth and Field Marketing to build acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns targeting key industries and personas.
• Deliver presentations for customer conferences, partner summits, and executive briefings.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

MBA (preferred)
