Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AI Platform to define the strategy and roadmap for the foundational AI platform powering the Intelligent Agreement Management ecosystem. You will lead platform capabilities that enable product teams to build, deploy, and scale AI assistants, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows across global markets.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Applied AI, Design, Data Science, and Product leaders to shape the future of DocuSign's AI

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management.
5+ years in enterprise SaaS software, Al platform or document intelligence domain.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (MBA preferred).
Experience in building enterprise‑grade AI-powered experiences and AI agent products.
Experience defining metrics and leading AI platform products.
Experience leading cross‑functional collaboration across product, engineering, design teams.
Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Responsibilities

Define the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for DocuSign's AI Platform, enabling AI innovation across IAM.
Lead platform initiatives with product orgs (B2I, CLM, IAM) delivering shared investments to accelerate AI adoption.
Drive DocuSign's global AI strategy for enterprise readiness and international expansion.
Build foundational admin platform interface for AI assistants and autonomous agents, including observability and knowledge integration.
Define enterprise usage framework including administrative controls, policy management, and governance.
Shape strategy for multi‑model AI platform, integrating frontier models with quality and cost optimization.
Partner with Engineering and Applied AI to define platform architecture and long‑term infrastructure.
Establish platform metrics for adoption, quality, reliability, and customer value.
Engage with enterprise customers and stakeholders to translate AI needs into scalable platform capabilities.
Influence executive leadership with clear product vision and measurable business outcomes.
