Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end search and discovery experience for the Agreement Manager. You will shape how customers search, filter, and act on agreements, focusing on usability, AI-first experiences, and measurable business impact.

This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Product Management and requires significant SaaS product management experience or a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience for SaaS products and services
• 8+ years with a Master’s degree, including ownership of user-facing search or discovery experiences
• Experience building data- and metrics-driven products, including defining KPIs, telemetry, and experiments
• Experience cross-functionally with PM, Design, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, PMM, Sales, and Support
• End-to-end ownership of complex, user-facing initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search and discovery within Docusign Agreement Manager
• Lead the user experience for search, filter, sort, and explore agreements in Agreement Manager
• Improve search quality and relevance through experiments, ranking, and presentation; define KPIs and track them
• Define cohesive workflows that connect search, chat, and worksheets for a unified experience
• Partner with AI, Search, and Engineering teams to bring AI-first features to market
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to validate solutions and drive adoption
