Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Lead Product Manager to own search and discovery within the Agreement Manager, delivering end-to-end UX for search, filters, and actions across an AI-forward experience. You will align with the IAM platform strategy and partner with design, research, and engineering to drive measurable business impact.

The role is Hybrid: in-office and remote, with a weekly in-office expectation; you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to ensure adoption of AI-led

Qualifications

• 12+ years of PM experience in SaaS products, or 8+ years with a Master's, including ownership of search/discovery
• Experience building and iterating on data- and metrics-driven products, including KPI definition and telemetry instrumentation
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across PM, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Support

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search and discovery within Docusign Agreement Manager, aligned to the IAM platform strategy
• Lead the user experience for how customers search, filter, sort, and explore agreements, partnering with Design and Research
• Improve search quality through experiments, ranking, and result presentation; define KPIs and use data to refine the experience
• Define cohesive workflows that connect search, chat, and worksheets for natural language questions and actions
• Partner with AI, Search, and Engineering teams to bring AI-first features to market
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to identify problems, validate solutions, and drive adoption of search- and AI-led workflows
