DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the search and discovery experience for DocuSign Agreement Manager.

You will shape end-to-end user experiences for how customers search, browse, and act on agreements, with a focus on usability, AI-first features, and measurable business impact. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will collaborate with Design, Research, and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, drive adoption of search-led workflows, and deliver cohesive

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related product management experience for SaaS products or 8+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience building data- and metrics-driven products, including KPIs and telemetry.
• Experience working cross-functionally with PM, Design, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Marketing, Sales and Support.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search and discovery within Agreement Manager.
• Lead the user experience for how customers search, filter, sort, and explore agreements.
• Improve search quality and relevance through experimentation, ranking, and metrics tracking.
