Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the search and discovery experience within Docusign Agreement Manager. You will lead end-to-end UX for how customers search, browse, and act on agreements, with a focus on usability and AI-first features, delivering measurable business impact.

You will report to the Director of Product Management and work in a hybrid role, collaborating with Design, Research, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and success across the platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management for SaaS products, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience building data- and metrics-driven products with KPIs and telemetry.
• Experience working cross-functionally with PM, Design, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Experience leading complex, user-facing initiatives end to end from discovery through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search and discovery within Docusign Agreement Manager.
• Lead the UX for search, filtering, sorting, and exploring agreements; partner with Design and Research.
• Improve search quality and relevance through experimentation, tracking KPIs, and data-driven refinement.
• Define cohesive workflows connecting search, chat, and worksheets for NLQ and action in one experience.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to bring NLP search, conversational interfaces, and recommendations to market.
• Collaborate with customers, prospects, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and GTM to validate solutions and drive adoption.
