Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AI Platform to define the strategy and roadmap for the foundational AI platform powering the next generation of Intelligent Agreement Management. You will lead platform capabilities that enable product teams to build, deploy, and scale AI assistants and workflows.

Collaborate with Engineering, Applied AI, Design, Data Science, and other product leaders to shape the future of Docusign's AI ecosystem for global markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS, AI platform, or document intelligence.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI-powered experiences.
• Experience defining metrics and leading AI platform products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering and design.
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and roadmap for the AI Platform.
• Lead platform initiatives across product orgs, delivering shared investments.
• Drive global AI strategy enabling globalization and enterprise-ready experiences.
• Build admin interface for AI assistants and autonomous agents.
• Define enterprise usage framework, governance and platform controls.
• Shape strategy for multi-model AI platform and frontier models.
• Partner with Engineering and Applied AI on architecture and investments.
• Establish platform metrics and use data to improve capabilities.
• Engage with enterprise customers to translate needs into capabilities.
• Influence executive leadership with clear vision and measurable outcomes.
