Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end search and discovery experience for Agreement Manager. You will influence usability, AI-first features, and measurable business impact across search, chat, and worksheets.

The role reports to the Director of Product Management and requires collaboration with Design, Research, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption of AI-led workflows in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related product management experience for SaaS products or 8+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience building data- and metrics-driven products with KPIs and telemetry.
• Experience collaborating with PM, Design, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Marketing, Sales and Support.
• Experience leading complex, user-facing initiatives from discovery to post-launch iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search and discovery in Agreement Manager.
• Lead UX for search, filter, sort, and explore workflows with Design and Research.
• Improve search quality and relevance through experiments, ranking, and KPI tracking.
• Define cohesive workflows connecting search, chat, and worksheets for one integrated experience.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to bring AI-first features to market (natural language search, conversational interfaces).
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to validate solutions and drive adoption of search- and AI-led workflows.
