Intuit seeks a Principal Product Designer on Product Growth to own design strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, and retention. You will shape where we play and rally engineering, product, data science, and marketing behind a customer-backed point of view, crafting durable designs rather than one‑off screens.

You will lead an AI-first design program, raise the craft bar, mentor designers, and influence senior leadership with storytelling and research.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise, platform, or complex B2B products.
• A track record of driving ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives to outcomes.
• Genuine comfort operating at the intersection of design, product, and engineering.
• Deep fluency with AI as a design material and AI‑native product design.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design strategy and vision for a major product area, connecting near‑term experimentation to durable, high‑quality customer experiences across the lifecycle.
• Directly accountable for experience quality and business results — conversion, activation, engagement, and retention — partnering with PM on clear North Star and operational KPIs.
• Drive an AI‑first design strategy, reimagining end‑to‑end customer journeys with AI at the center rather than polishing features in isolation.
• Set the bar for a high‑velocity design and experimentation culture, from discovery and concepting through rapid prototyping and A/B testing on the highest‑leverage surfaces — without sacrificing craft for speed.
• Up‑level design craft across the team: raise the standard for visual, interaction, and systems‑level design, and ensure experiments and shipped features alike reflect a high quality, cohesive product experience.
• Influence senior leadership and cross‑functional partners with compelling, craft‑forward storytelling and research‑backed points of view; align teams on target customers and the experience needed to win them.
• Coach designers and partners around you on both craft and strategic thinking, and help shape the team's identity, design standards, and operating model as we scale the growth muscle.
• Partner deeply with product, engineering, data science, and growth marketing to ship scalable, high‑quality, high‑craft solutions.
