Formación

• 10+ years of product design experience with growth focus.
• Own offering- or segment-level design strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing for multiple international markets with localization and multi-currency.
• Deep expertise in experimentation and A/B testing with data analytics.
• Experience designing with AI/ML and AI-powered discovery.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into design workflow to improve quality or speed.
• Experience with design systems at scale across geographies.
• Ability to up-level craft across a distributed team.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and executive influence.
• Portfolio showing rigorous craft and measurable impact at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Own design strategy and vision for a major International product area across markets.
• Be accountable for experience quality and business results: growth, activation, retention.
• Drive AI-first design strategy across end-to-end journeys.
