Lead design direction across multiple product areas, coordinating with PM, engineering, data science, and marketing to deliver durable experiences built on systems thinking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise, platform, or complex B2B products.
• Track record of driving ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives to outcomes.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of design, product, and engineering and partnering with engineers under pressure.
• Deep fluency with AI as a design material and AI-native product experiences.
• Strong facilitation instincts to build alignment and forward motion.

Responsibilities

• Own the design strategy and vision for a major product area connected to lifecycle metrics.
• Accountable for experience quality and business results—conversion, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Drive an AI-first design strategy across end-to-end journeys.
• Set the bar for fast, iterative validation with high craft and rapid prototyping.
• Grow design craft across the team and align senior stakeholders with compelling points of view.
• Mentor designers and shape team identity, standards, and operating model as we scale.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and growth marketing to ship scalable solutions.
