Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Growth team in Mountain View. You will tackle growth-focused UX challenges using AI to prototype and test fast, shaping onboarding, acquisition, referrals, and winbacks.

Requirements include 4+ years in consumer product design, a strong AI-enabled process, and a portfolio showing problem framing and outcomes. The role is hybrid with two in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing consumer digital products.
• Portfolio showing problem framing, exploration, and outcomes with AI used in process.
• Experience on growth or experimentation teams with test design and iteration.
• Strong product sense and behavioral empathy.
• Bias for action with sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Daily use of AI tools in design work; no engineering background required.
• Nice to have: front-end coding or fintech/regulated industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Take business hypotheses and explore distinct solutions for growth squads and iterate based on data.
• Provide clear recommendations, explain reasoning, and use feedback to decide.
• Design toward measurable outcomes with defined hypotheses and metrics.
• Ship fast credible tests and coordinate with product, engineering, data, legal, and brand teams.
• Read experiment results, learn from losses, and refine member insights for new experiences.
• Build prototypes with AI tools to answer UX questions; use static screens only when enough.
• Create a design playbook for AI-assisted workflows and share learnings with the team.
• Keep experiences clear and honest to preserve member trust.
