• Portfolio shows range across problem types and cross-functional leadership.

• Own the design strategy and vision for a major product area, connecting experiments to durable experiences.
• Directly accountable for experience quality and business results with North Star KPIs.
• Drive an AI-first design strategy across end-to-end customer journeys.
• Set high-velocity design culture, from discovery to rapid prototyping and testing.
• Elevate design craft and ensure cohesive product experiences across surfaces.
• Influence senior leadership with craft-forward storytelling and research-backed views.
• Coach designers and shape team identity, standards, and operating model.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and growth marketing to ship scalable solutions.
