You will set design direction across multiple product areas, rally engineering, product, data science, and marketing behind a clear customer-backed point of view, and mentor others in craft and strategic thinking while coordinating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise, platform, or complex B2B products.
• Track record driving ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives to outcomes.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, with the emotional intelligence to partner under pressure.
• Deep, hands-on fluency with AI as a design material, how AI-native products should look, feel, and behave.

Responsibilities

• Own the design strategy and vision for a major product area, connecting near-term experimentation to durable, high-quality customer experiences across the lifecycle.
• Directly accountable for experience quality and business results — conversion, activation, engagement, and retention — partnering with PM on North Star and KPIs.
• Drive an AI-first design strategy, reimagining end-to-end customer journeys with AI at the center.
• Set the bar for a high-velocity design and experimentation culture, from discovery through rapid prototyping and A/B testing.
• Up-level design craft across the team: raise the standard for visual, interaction, and systems-level design.
• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners with craft-forward storytelling and research-backed points of view.
• Coach designers and partners on craft and strategic thinking, shaping team identity and operating model as we scale growth.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and growth marketing to ship scalable, high-quality solutions.
