Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in growth, B2B or SaaS.
• Track record owning offering- or segment-level strategy and delivering outcomes.
• Deep expertise in experimentation and A/B testing.
• Experience applying AI/ML in product growth context.
• Excellent communication and influence skills; rally executives and partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage org building.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for a major product area, connecting near-term experimentation to durable business outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
• Directly accountable for business results — incremental revenue, active use, conversion, and retention — with clear North Star and KPIs.
• Drive an AI-first product strategy, reimagining end-to-end customer journeys with AI at the center.
• Set the bar for a high-velocity experimentation culture, from discovery through A/B testing on high-leverage surfaces.
• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners with data-backed narratives; align teams on target customers and strategy.
• Coach and raise the craft of PMs and partners, shaping the team's identity and operating model as we scale growth.
• Partner deeply with engineering, design, data science, and growth marketing to ship scalable, high-quality solutions.
